These terms apply to the use of the Tango Echo Delta online store and to all purchases made through the store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and product information
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and production methods. Product descriptions, availability and prices may be updated without prior notice.
3. Orders and conclusion of the agreement
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. The agreement is concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, lack of stock, payment failure or another legitimate reason. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
All consumer prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping or other additional costs are shown before checkout. Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
5. Delivery
Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on the product page or in our shipping information. Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific date has been expressly agreed. For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage transfers only when you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us within the withdrawal period at info@tango-echo-delta.com.
Products must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to the customer's specifications, personalized products, or sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken. A product is not excluded merely because it is produced after ordering, unless it is genuinely customized or personalized.

7. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or until proof of return is provided. Any refund will be processed within the period required by applicable law.
8. Legal conformity and complaints
Products must conform to the agreement and meet the qualities a consumer may reasonably expect. If a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
9. Intellectual property
All store content, including logos, text, product images, graphics and designs, is owned by or licensed to Tango Echo Delta. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use this content without prior written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with store security, misuse account credentials, transmit malicious code, scrape the store in a way that disrupts its operation, or use the store to infringe the rights of others.
11. Third-party services
The store may use services provided by Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies and other service providers. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to their services. Purchases made through this store are made directly with Tango Echo Delta, not with Shopify.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss where such limitation is legally permitted. These terms do not affect mandatory consumer rights.
13. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use personal data only where necessary to operate the store, process orders, provide support, comply with legal obligations and improve our services.
14. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including transport disruption, government action, power failure, severe weather or failure of essential third-party services. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your order apply to that purchase, unless a mandatory legal change requires otherwise.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory consumer law in their country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
