PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.
Colours, textures and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, materials and production methods.
Product descriptions, prices and availability may be updated without prior notice.

ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.
The agreement is concluded when Tango Echo Delta confirms acceptance of the order.
We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

an obvious pricing or product-information error;

suspected fraud or misuse;

payment failure;
-
lack of availability;
-
another legitimate reason.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All consumer prices are stated in Euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs and other additional charges are shown before checkout.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.

DELIVERY
Orders are processed within the period stated on the product page or in the shipping information.
Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage transfers only when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, receives the goods.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact Tango Echo Delta within the withdrawal period at:
Products must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the order.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

products made according to the customer’s individual specifications;

personalized products;
-
sealed hygiene products after the seal has been broken;

other products excluded by applicable law.
A product is not automatically excluded from return merely because it is produced after ordering.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides proof that the goods have been returned.
Refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable law.

CONFORMITY, DEFECTS AND COMPLAINTS
Products must conform to the agreement and possess the qualities that a consumer may reasonably expect.
If a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, the customer should contact us as soon as possible and provide:

photographs where relevant.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
