This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the Tango Echo Delta online store.

SHIPPING AREA
We currently ship to addresses within the European Union.
Available destinations may vary depending on the product, carrier and checkout configuration.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days unless a different processing time is stated on the product page.
Made-to-order or specially produced items may require additional processing time. Where applicable, the estimated processing time will be stated on the relevant product page.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays in the Netherlands.

DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier.
Delivery times shown during checkout or in order communications are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
Delays may occur due to carrier disruption, customs processing, peak periods, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before completion of the order.
Any available free-shipping threshold or promotional shipping rate will be shown during checkout.

ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking is available, the customer will receive tracking information after the order has been dispatched.
Tracking availability depends on the selected carrier and shipping method.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping costs may be charged before the order is shipped again.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery address.

DELIVERY AND RISK
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage transfers only when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, physically receives the order.
If a shipment appears damaged upon arrival, please document the condition of the parcel and contact us as soon as possible.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, contact us at info@tango-echo-delta.com.
We may ask you to allow the carrier a reasonable investigation period before a replacement or refund can be arranged.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible and include:

a description of the issue;

clear photographs of the parcel and product where relevant.
Where the complaint is justified, Tango Echo Delta will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
For deliveries within the European Union, customs duties normally do not apply.
Where taxes, duties or import charges do apply, these may be the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise during checkout.
