RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform Tango Echo Delta within the 14-day withdrawal period by email at info@tango-echo-delta.com.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be:
- unused and unworn;
- unwashed;
- in their original condition;
- returned with any original labels and packaging where reasonably possible.
You are responsible for handling the product carefully while it is in your possession.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, the direct costs of returning the order are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Tango Echo Delta is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
Excluded Products
The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that:
- have been made according to the customer’s specifications;
- have been personalized;
- have been produced specifically for the customer;
- are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken.
A made-to-order production method does not automatically remove the consumer’s right of withdrawal unless the product has been customized or personalized.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at info@tango-echo-delta.com and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Where the complaint is justified, Tango Echo Delta will offer an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair, or refund, and will cover reasonable return costs where required.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been accepted.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. The refund will include the standard outbound delivery costs where required by law. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method selected by the customer are not refundable.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide proof that the products have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after we have been informed of the withdrawal, subject to the conditions above.
Loss of Value
You are only liable for any reduction in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
